What is kurjenkello?
A kurjenkello is a beautiful blue bellflower (Peach-leaved Bellflower = campanula
persicifolia), which blooms in the middle of the Finnish summer along the banks
of ditches and in the forest meadows.
Kurjenkello is also a tourism association and forum for entrepreneurs who work
closely with nature tourism in and around the National Park of Kurjenrahka and
the Kuhankuono Nature Trails. Its purpose is to produce high quality products
and services. Kurjenkello’s members have mutually benefited and found
meaning from this co-operation. Co-operation has brought together entrepreneurs
who then produce and market package trips together. It has also led to the innovation,
development and improvement of their products and services.
Tourist information, the planning of journeys and making reservations are
the most important services Kurjenkello offers. Tell us where you want to go,
what you want to do, and we will do the rest!
